FitCamp Group Training:

Tuesday 7:00p-7:45p

Saturday 8:30a-9:15a

45 minutes of light athletic conditioning designed to improve fitness, lose weight and get in shape. $5 class fee. Great for beginners or intermediate levels. Bring water, towel and be ready to workout!

Online training brings one on one personal training to your smart phone or tablet. I will create individualized workouts based on your fitness goals and schedule. Workouts have videos demonstrating form to ensure you understand the moves and perform them correctly. This is a great way to have the accountability of a trainer without the cost.

Will include a introductory phone consultation and a 3 month committment to start. After that you can go month to month if preferred.
