Live Video Training:

Want the benefits of 1 on 1 personal training but not ready to have guests in your home. This is live workout using Zoom platform. I demo moves, watch you perform them and give immediate guidance and feedback as needed to successfully move you through your routine.  All the personal attention without the added interaction.

No matter where you live, this is a great option for personal training.

I offer private 1 on 1 yoga via in-home as well as live video options.  Offering Gentle Yoga, Power and Vinyasa Flow. Working on a YouTube channel to offer up quick yoga routines for those who want to wind down on their own schedule.  Check back for link.

Online training brings 1 on 1 personal training to your smart phone or tablet. I will create individualized workouts based on your fitness goals and schedule. Workouts have videos demonstrating form to ensure you understand the moves and perform them correctly. This is a great way to have the accountability of a trainer without the cost and without the pre scheduled workout. You workout when you want.

Includes an introductory phone consultation and a 3 month commitment to start. After that you can go month to month if preferred.
